The team is very flexible to work with- which really helps when you are working remotely from all over India/UK or in different timezones! Itβs great that we can get feedback almost immediately without having to wait for 2 days as it sometimes happens if I send an email through their ticketing system. As mentioned above - they do not have any dedicated support department (and this could be due to low volume) but still we manage quite well by communicating via Slack channel. Would recommend them
