I liked and enjoyed using this mug (basically a mug) while working from home. But when I tried to use the lid recently, the inside of the lid just came off like in the photo. The lid has only been used a couple of times so I am very disappointed and have been looking for a way to put it back together!

The design is perfect for highlighting the aromatic qualities of your coffee. The matte finish looks chic and modern, which draws a lot of compliments from peers. However, I had to return the first one as it arrived with a noticeable dent on the side. The second was also dented a bit, but barely noticeable. However, the cap does not close flush with the cylinder when screwed on. In my opinion these are just minor changes in production and packaging and not the best travel mug out there.

Definitely serves its purpose! Once it's screwed on, it won't leak! I will put it in my electronics/garment bag and not once was there a drop of coffee on my stuff. I really like this cup! It fits snugly in my Honda Odyssey's cup holders but stays in place. The feeling outside is so cool and I love that it feels cool. I don't always use a strainer as I remove the lid after each sip, but once I have it in place it can be removed and cleaned. This is the worst travel mug I have ever owned. It doesn't absorb odors that well, which is particularly annoying considering the mug's main benefit is the ceramic coating, which supposedly prevents just that. I have a Yeti, a Swell, a Tervis and a Corkcycle and none of them contain scents. My plastic cups smell better than this one.
