Since my "new" (3 years ago) PC didn't have a printer port, I had to buy an adapter. I just ordered my second (from this company) today. My previous one worked for almost a year without any problems and today I was using my computer and all of a sudden the message "Signal Lost" appeared on my monitor. Okay, I've been here before, so at least I know what the problem is. 11 months to make it work and then crap. I do not mind. Come to think of it, I'll have to buy two today. Just in case. haha…

I bought this to get an extra monitor for work that will work with my new Dell laptop. The monitor worked fine with my previous laptop via the VGA connection but not the new one via the HDMI ports. (The new one doesn't have a VGA connector.) I bought this conversion cable, plugged it into my laptop's HDMI port, and it worked again. So far it works great. I haven't owned it for a long time, but if there are any changes I'll definitely unsubscribe.

I needed this to play games from my switch to VGA (PC mode) with HDMI. So far I have tested 4 TVs in my house and it doesn't work on 2 of them but it works on the other 2.
