Helped me with the distances on the simulator.

I need to put a 1" mat on a 3/4" piece of plywood. Otherwise it's great. This has helped me troubleshoot distance issues on my SkyTrak. This face causes a sharp drop in clubhead speed.

Holds up well, doesn't hurt joints

I've had it for a few months now. Probably 50-75 plastic balls a day on weekends. Holds up great. I'm going to change my swing and as a result landed a lot of shots on this mat. I drive the 7i constantly at over 150 km/h and no longer have any joint pain at all. In comparison, a few weeks ago I was on vacation at a local training ground and the next day my wrist and elbow hurt. In my opinion, this carpet is very valuable.

Heavy Duty Exercise Mat

This mat is very durable and larger than you think. Very good construction and should last a long time with proper care. Due to the thickness of the "grass" it is about 2 inches off the ground. This way the ball is actually slightly above your feet. I received it yesterday and used it outside with an iron and firewood for about an hour. stood on a pair of thick floor mats to keep his feet in line with the mat. I put the mat on concrete and it didn't move when I hit the ball. I later switched to

Take care of your body when exercising!

Many times we don't have the luxury of hitting real turf, which is a shame as hitting grass doesn't transfer the vibrations back to your body like a cushion on concrete like most enclosed driving ranges. Fiber optic is coming, the next best thing. I didn't even know this alternative existed until recently playing on a premium public field. After hitting their reach, I noticed that some of their hitting mats were like tall stubble, allowing the club to slide over the stubble while making good…

  • Outstanding Overall Performance
