The best of the foldable compacts

Easy to open, easy to fold, easy to fit in a compartment and most importantly, not only is it durable but it has much more comfortable nose pads that you can most other not found collapsible compact. .

Pros
  • Rod: 16mm
Cons
  • Legacy model

Dear Sir or Madam, Made in China, lever hinge jams after 2 openings

My first reaction was positive. But after opening the folding arms a second time, it turned out that one of the arms was stuck and wouldn't open. I live in Australia and returning them to the US will be more expensive than buying another pair elsewhere. Unfortunately I didn't get what I paid for. Although they are not cheap, they are still "Made in China". I should have bought a much cheaper pair. So buyers beware. It is not good.

Pros
  • lever: 130 millimeters
Cons
  • disappears

All the pros, no cons for me

To be honest they are very good. Good workmanship, good optical quality. The hard case is a very nice bonus. They're a bit larger than some folding glasses, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I clip them to my briefcase or backpack strap and they just hang down as the sleeve is very protective. If I often have to take my eyes off what I'm doing, they're my favorite pair because they're secure but soft on my nose everywhere. For me they all have advantages and none of their disadvantages…

Pros
  • Light and comfortable metal frame
Cons
  • Insecure
