Look Good Feel Good

So far so good. Installation was as easy as the RaceFace grips I've used. The rubber feels a bit sticky, but that doesn't bother me since I always wear gloves. After about 10 hours of riding, the grips wear off a bit, but I think they will hold up well. The purple goes really well with my green Anno stripes. Happy with them so far, will update if there are any negative issues.

control and trust in reliability. Great company!

Installation is easy and comes with instructions. Orientation marked. They feel sticky and you don't feel like you have to hold them in a stranglehold. They are comfortable and well built. If you're looking for very, very, very soft grips, look elsewhere. If you're looking for well-designed, well-designed, soft, comfortable grips for any type of riding, look here.

Pros
  • An absolute legend

My hands hurt - Sport

So it was a real disappointment. Installed on my 24" BMX Cruiser. Seems cheaply made. Cheap plastic end caps, cheap hard rubber. Only plus point is the ease of installation. They go straight on and then fixed as described. After 4km my hands started to hurt. They are not very soft. They didn't seem to absorb vibrations and shocks. I took them off immediately after the first ride. Not recommended for a cruise, maybe better with gloves?

Grips (good) for sport

The only thing I don't like is that when you take them out of the box they are a bit sticky and the installation is quite difficult. When you attach them to the small bar at the end it is very difficult to get into the handlebars so you will need to use a rubber mallet otherwise it will be very difficult. The pros are that the grips are pretty cheap, they look nice and are comfortable enough if you wear them for a bit. The cons or that they are a bit difficult to put on the handlebars and…

Big improvement over previous grips, great design

I intended to use them at least 4-5 times before writing a review and was very impressed with those rides! I bought my first MTB used and changed the grips right away. The ones I bought kept losing tips and wore out quickly, so I went shopping to buy new ones. It came to RaceFace and this and I decided to try FiftyFifty. i just love her They feel great, fit great and the design is superb. The hem on the inside of the handle keeps hands in place and the clasp keeps them locked in place. I will…

Terrible traffic jams. Decent grips. Not the best value.

Do yourself a favor and buy new candles. The ones that come with them break because they don't easily fit into pipes. Due to the pressure it took to get them into the tubes, the "cap" came loose and now I have plastic stuck in my handlebars. They need to reinforce the plastic where the cap meets the body and/or make the fins more flexible. The plugs didn't convince me at all. And I see other reviewers saying the same thing, so it's not just me. But they're decent grips with a decent level of…

Excellent grips. But. on Parts & Components

These grips are very easy to grip and comfortable. It's actually long enough to fit large hands. A photo is what I took next to fifty-five. My hand was bigger than the old grip. I don't have that problem with them. I would give 5 stars except for the end caps. I couldn't let it sit properly. One side of the fork stuck out at least ⅛ inch midway. I even oiled the inside of the bars to make them slide. But that didn't happen. I took it off and the foam(?) was sticking out in two places. White…
