We used them to make custom cakes for my son's birthday and they were a big hit. Everyone thought it was a great idea and everyone took the cake home.

I cook large batches and then freeze them in this portion pan. They freeze very well and I can take them out of the freezer and reheat them in the oven. This came in very handy during the pandemic, so I don't have to cook every day.

They are beautiful and durable. pretty thick aluminum. They are still disposable but way better than the other brand I bought. (These others are so flimsy they deform when lifted with just normal hand pressure; these Fig & Vine are much, much better.) I am very happy with the purchase and have ordered these in both the 1lb and 1.5lb sizes .

I can't say enough good things about this product. Very durable and well made, just what I was looking for for freezing leftovers and for making and freezing recipes in batches. This size is ideal for single serving sizes. Simply write the contents on the cardboard lid and place the container in a 1 liter freezer bag for safe and easy storage.

I bought them as individual baking/frying pans. I've been using them for a while and I'm happy with them. They are strong enough to bake individual batches of casseroles, roast chicken breasts and vegetables. When cooking for 1 or 2 people, it's handy to have durable and practical cooking utensils that can be easily washed and recycled after use.

I need to measure to know exactly how much they hold. They are small, but suitable as a side dish or small snack, depending on your taste. I have mainly used it for freezing food for food prep in the freezer. I also sometimes use it to store leftovers in the fridge. The perfect size for a fried rice dish. I've used it for cooking/freezing shrimp and veggies, but after cooking in the oven I found the portion a bit small for this particular dish. I love them for freezing rice or couscous.
