Excellent Quality. But I only give 1 star because I didn't agree to buy it. I ordered a Notre-Dame spatula with a battle irish carved in metal (as in the photo). I have a putty knife with the letters "ND". And for the price of a spatula I should expect to get what is pictured in the product description.

I bought this cookware for my loving Kentucky stepdad who is a grill master. He loved it! He's still thanking me for the spatula. I would buy from this company again. The paddle was good and the stainless steel was smooth. It was difficult but pleasant for him. The UK plunges straight into the flesh. Beautiful and great quality! I almost didn't buy it, opting instead for one of the sets that included pliers and other tools. I've seen the reviews say these things are of lower quality but I would still give my husband so much more with them. I ended up dropping the sets (reading the tongs didn't even take meat) and went with this single lone spatula. And I'm so glad it happened!
