This is a beautiful running belt and very light. But it doesn't have enough space for my 3.5" x 6.2" phone. It stretches a bit, but I still struggle to get my phone in every time, and the headphone cord takes up space making it difficult. Definitely no place for car keys or other small pocket items. So I have to take it apart and hand sew it to make it bigger and make room for my phone. upset.

I use it for walkies almost every day. Sometimes I run too. This strap fits my iPhone XR perfectly. I don't have to carry anything else with me, but it still has enough space if keys, headphones, money, etc. have to be transported. The best thing about this harness is that it doesn't ride up. I have slightly larger hips and arms and I was afraid this would try to lift. It's not like this. And I love him because of that. It stays right where I place it throughout my walks and runs.

I like this belt and the fact that it has one pocket instead of two like my other one. A pocket provides more space for small items. It is not spacious, only allows you to place a small camera, napkin, credit card. that's all. It is very attractive and I cannot fault it EXCEPT if you are a larger size it will not fit you. This product was cheap, arrived early and doubles as a phone stand. The material of the bag is less elastic than many similar products. It's like a slightly stretchy, stiff material, similar to a windbreaker. The elastic part of the waistband is strong but a bit bulky as it folds down the middle and also has hanging loops which I find rather redundant. Others may have different opinions.
