The item is well made and at a great price.

I will be using a water/oil separator regulator with my Craftsman compressor. I like the size of the product and it looks well made. I have it hasn't installed yet as we are on vacation in Florida it has been sent here and will bring it home with me Well packaged in bubble wrap in a sturdy box.

Works, but with problems. A problem with .

Works but has problems. The problem is related to the spacing or location of the 1/8" NPT port for the pressure gauge. The pressure gauge is in contact with the mounting ring of the receiving cup. Luckily I had an extension tube to extend the gauge to clear the ring. The second problem arose about a year later when the plastic visor on the oiler broke on the threads and began to leak. I have two of these controllers and he did it on both. JB welded the hole, now it works fine. I had to deduct a

NPT connections too deep - fittings cannot be sealed.

This product looks good until you assemble it from the individual parts. ALL NPT ports are over-drilled, preventing an effective seal. The worst thing is, if you tighten everything, you most likely will not hear the air coming out. Your compressor runs more often. This also applies to the dial. You can't tighten it enough so that it doesn't get caught in the sump bowl retaining ring. The solution is to use a plumber's gasket and then install a dial extender to place it far enough away to not…
