I decided to install this mount using some of the hardware that came with my Nissan Titan's Utili-Track system . The only minor modifications required were to drill the mounting holes to match the Nissan gear. I placed the mount closest to the tailgate so I could load and unload the bike without getting on the bed. It works great! The mount is secure and the price is right!

Ideal for 15mm x 100mm thru axles. It's a really good height. I have another fork bracket from a different brand and it is too tall for my car. This one works better. Note that on most thru-axles, due to the lower height, it is not high enough to allow free rotation of the thru-axle arm. This is not a problem for me as I wanted a lower height as it is installed in my car. Solid thru-axles fit snugly. The lighter Maxle thru-axle wobbles a bit. However, it's okay.

Great thru-axle fork mount at a great price! The second one I had came like the last one with a truck I was selling. For this I used Allen screws and mounted it horizontally on the bed rail. I used one of the existing threaded holes for the bed rail and drilled a second hole. <$2 in hard collateral at Home Depot. I can easily mount my bike on the carrier and get off easily while standing on the ground. This bracket allows the bike to stay in place even before the thru-bolt is in place and…
