My bottle seems broken! There is a large wound on the outside, nearly cut through a hard plastic bottle. And the pills stuck together inside as if they had been wet at some point. One (or more) of them has disintegrated, and all the tablets are covered with powder. And the cotton that was on top stuck to a lot of pills inside. I read some good reviews about this product and was dying to try it. Received the bottle in the mail and everything was fine except that upon opening the large bottle I noticed that there was an excess amount of cotton under the sealed label. Like 2 huge chunks that took up most of the bottle. After a few doses, when I removed the last piece of cotton from the bottle, I realized that my 120 ketotropin tablets were actually 40-50 cold rate tablets. I just received these so I don't know how effective they will be but I have to say I haven't noticed any downsides yet. I took them about an hour before my first meal and felt energized like I'd just had a cup of decaf. **Edit** I am writing this 4 days after my original review.
