Relatively easy installation and great looking old door. I cut it to the size of the opening then my wife and I installed it according to the instructions. I think it would be easier to cut it about two inches long on three sides, line it up and lay it on the uncut side, and then trim off the excess with a utility knife.

Great addition to our bedroom window, especially against our bamboo planted outside! The product is so easy to use (just cut very slowly with a sharp razor blade for the best results!) and lets in plenty of light to create an intimate film. Nice finished look both outside and inside and with the outside curtain down! Super happy with this purchase!

Pros: - Relatively easy to install (but you'll definitely need a way to wet the window, like a spray bottle and scraper) - Opaque enough to conveniently use in the bathroom maybe even a little more opaque than on the product photos. Cons - at night it looks like plastic. But I suppose that would apply to any similar product. - Couldn't install without a squeegee which slowed me down as I had to go and buy one. Overall satisfied with this product.

I'm really glad I ordered this! The kitchen window overlooking the neighbor's patio gave some much-needed privacy, but without sacrificing light by adding curtains, it also looks lovely. Found easy to install. One thing helped - I had six boards with the same dimensions, so I made a template out of a piece of foam. Uses this to trace the cut lines on the film instead of measuring and marking 6 times. Of course, this pattern has to be right! Another tip: if you're marking your cut lines with an ink pen or marker, be sure to make your marks on the backing you're filming, not the film you're sticking to the window.
