I have used a variety of glass oil lamps over the years. Some are very fragile. This one is durable and beautiful. I bought it to fit in a stained glass holder. Fits perfectly.

We needed cheap, sturdy oil lamps for the occasional power outage. They meet all requirements and work great. There is a star deduction for the small funnel. The candles would be easier to fill if the funnel had a tube to extend like the other oil lamps we've bought. But it's nothing.

I love these lamps. Such a great alternative to messy candles and they look so much more modern and elegant. Plus, you'll save a lot of money over time compared to buying expensive candles. This particular lamp is a little smaller than I thought it would be, but the glass is very thick and the square shape means it won't tip over. (Tip: To prepare the wick and wet it with oil, I pull it out of the wick holder, but not all the way, and dip it upside down in the oil in the lamp. This will…

Wick holder does not fill hole top to bottom as shown in some pictures. It's actually quite loose and I thought the glass was broken when I first opened the box, but it was the holder that hit the glass. The wick is also too short and I will either replace the wick or replace it with water to top up the oil level. The base inside is not flat but since they say they are hand blown I suspect it is due to the way it was made. Anyway, I was hoping for a more complete product and it's too expensive…
