Bolted this right to the mark of my venomous hobo spider. Very durable. I have a 7-8 foot fire stick and it works well on the freeway at an average speed of about 75. I'm sure it will work well on the guard but I don't push my jeep that hard. I also have a reinforced Firestick spring. You should get a feather if you go at Firestick/Freeway speed.

Just returned from the 2012 Moab Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah. This year I wanted to mount a CB on my Jeep and found the perfect spot to mount it on the Warn tire carrier.
