They seemed to work as advertised but one air spring slowly went deflated for several hours. I've tried emailing Firestone, filling out the online help form, filing a warranty claim, and sitting with the support team for an hour (who only work until 4:30pm ET) and still got no response. WARNING! Firestone doesn't seem to solve any problems, so take your chances with this product!

It also takes about 2 hours to install. The 2016 Sedona had a 5/8" groove under the spring seat, which allowed me to drill a 1/2" hole with just the rear wheels off the ground. With springs uncompressed, there was enough room to remove the bump stop, install the bracket, and compress the bag through the coils. The hardest part was drilling the hole in the middle. The burrs from the hole were difficult to remove, but everything worked out. At 15psi, the unloaded tail is about 1/4 inch higher.

Well I installed this air system and was hoping this product would work on my 1999 Honda Odyssey when we loaded four bikes on a hitch and full luggage in the cargo hold. It worked!
