Load balancers match air spring kits

They worked fantastic on a 2017 Rav 4 that just completed a 3000 mile trip with luggage and was treated as if it were empty at only 30psi. Installation was a bit tricky, but hard landings were possible.

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • Protection

Reliability - shocks, struts and suspension

These little airbags are great. I bought these for my 2015 Toyota Rav4 because I was towing a trailer that was too heavy. I traveled from Washington State to Kentucky on 50psi and had a great track record. Highly recommended

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Works well - spare parts

Article as described. The pads are a little tricky to install between the spring coils on a 2012 RAV4 due to the spring's insulating material, but the airbags, hoses and fittings are of good quality. The bags have stopped the rear squaw and riding seems normal.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Nothing included

Works well as expected, but difficult to install.

Toyota Rav4 2007. Once installed they work fine. A good idea would be a right angle connection coming out of the airbag. The hose should form a loop under the hanger and may snag on the road. I'm very experienced with auto and have pretty strong arms but it takes a lot of time and effort to get them through the springs. Almost worth dropping the suspension to install. Worth the money but expect a struggle to set it up.

Pros
  • The best in their niche
Cons
  • weak

Toyota Rav4 2015 Installation wasn't easy!

I spent about 2.5 hours on the first page and was very disappointed with the installation. I finished lowering the swingarm and removing the coil spring. Still not very easy. The next page lasted 34 minutes. Unscrew the two screws and remove the spring. It certainly seemed the right way to go. Now that I've done it like this I could probably do it again in 1 hour. I want to place the fill valves in the engine bay so will I need to buy more hoses or use a tee and just one of the fill valves…

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Low repairability

Works great on Rav4

Fitted to a 2007 Rav4 V6. My mechanic installed it professionally (about 1 1/2 hours) but it was a lot cheaper than buying/installing it from a Coilrite dealer (tire or hitch shop). Saved between $50 and $150 compared to prices listed in these sources. It didn't raise the rear as much as I thought it would, but it did reduce sag by at least 1-2 inches when the trailer was attached. Boosted the ride a little but not too much. Inflated to approximately 55 pounds to achieve desired effect. Towing…

Pros
  • Used on pickup trucks (front), P-30 motorhome (front), SUVs and cars
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Bear to fit but then everything is fine

Suspension travel was basic but adequate. Followed them as closely as I could until it came down to putting bags in the coil springs of the car (Toyota RAV4 Sport 2010). This was tricky because the airbags had to be rolled to about 2 inches in diameter and then inserted into a coil spring. the bag is rolled up tight enough to fit inside the tube. Then use a tube to feed the bag through the bottom of the spring bar until it is in place on the vehicle. From there it was easy. Works great and…

Pros
  • Will mount in existing open coil spring suspension
Cons
  • Blank

Excellent fit for Toyota Rav4

I have a 2011 Toyota Rav4 with a V6 engine and a trailer pack. I'm towing a 2200-pound retractable camper, and when the Rav4 is loaded with camping gear and the pop-up is pinned, the Rav4 sags a little, not by much but enough to bother me. I bought these airbags and tried to install them myself but gave up after 30 minutes. Had to take them to my local shop and they did it in about 1.5 hours, they had to remove the wheels and some suspension parts to allow the springs to expand enough to…

Pros
  • Durable Polyurethane Air Springs
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something
