First Choice Shipping was founded on the belief that the complex world of shipping can and should be made easier and affordable. To do that we set out to create a single digital hub from which all shipping functions could be easily driven and managed from carrier selection and tracking, to shipping labels. A digital engine that would connect small business owners and eCommerce giants alike to the entire world, on their terms along with incredible rates.

Great service and low cost with great product

I like how user friendly it is! It's easy for me as an individual who does not deal in many transactions at one time to use this software efficiently. The prices are reasonable yet competitive too compared to similar services available online or even locally here in India. There isn't much i dislike about first choice right now except perhaps if they were able to offer more products through their platform but then again maybe those are just minor niggles? As far as price goes, you cannot beat…

  • Their interface/website was simple enough
  • Reasonable pricing (it doesn’t cost high)
  • They do good business with small parcel deliveries.
  • Great customer service team
  • Quick response times from agents within 24hrs; however sometimes shipping can take longer than that due certain issues outside our control which we need help resolving :)
Cons
  • We wish some additional items could be purchased via website rather only phone

Great tool that has many uses including great tracking

I like how easy this is! You select what you want shipped (or receive) in one spot then enter your zip code or address for delivery notifications etc - no more walking back & forth looking up different websites/apps just so they match!! Also it's free but if needed there are plans available as well- not too much extra cost than some other services offered by others companies.- There isn't anything really wrong here except maybe sometimes when using USPS website instead? It loads slow at times…

Excellent shipping solution with amazing prices

I have been using this service for about 6 months now & haven't had any problems yet! The customer support is always helpful when you need them most (when your shipment has just arrived). It's very easy to use as well - there are many different ways in order to find what information one needs without having too much trouble finding it at once. Greatest way of making deliveries worldwide super easy and hassle-free

The best thing about FCS is its ease in use as well as customer support provided by them through email or whatsapp. I have used this for my personal needs like sending gifts/packages etc but i also ship orders using it now too! They provide you services at very reasonable prices compared to other companies who charge more than double what they actually cost us (in some cases).
