Punch missing

Just won't pierce. Right out of the box I tried perforating binding paper, printer paper and color sample cards. It stuck to everyone. It just doesn't work. The blades are not sharp. There is a significant gap between the punch and the die. The handle feels fragile and will bend on impact. I guess I can't even call it a 'hit' because I've never been able to hit anything.

I ordered this hole punch for a craft project I wanted to do and was very happy with the result. This hole punch was so easy to use that it didn't cause hesitation or resistance when penetrating tough paper or other material. The handles were comfortable and it didn't take much force to punch through the paper. The size of the petals is perfect for the task I wanted, with two sizes this hole punch is perfect for many different crafts.

I'm having a hard time even giving one star - it's completely broken. I originally bought it from Michaels and had to return it because it didn't work - I thought I just had a rotten apple. They ran out of stock (they said they were discontinuing it) so I ordered it from Revain. Same problem - obviously a manufacturing defect - regardless of the width of the paper, it doesn't perforate and the pins stick every time. Big big crap.
