Excellent quality, transparent plastic cover, protected with a film on both sides. Great black frame. Both the wall mount and desk mount slide out of the foam backing, which can be a bit flimsy.

A picture showed what appeared to be medal hooks on the back. The drawing is correct. It hangs from cutouts on cardboard. It's not great. But I needed a custom size and it fit. However, it wasn't great, it was terrible. It was good.

This is actually an IKEA frame. It's pretty thin, and the "glass" lid is actually plastic. It looks great on an office wall, but if you're looking for something really pretty I'd go for something else.

Not only is it cheap and flimsy, I had to glue one side. The other side was broken. But after trying to get it back it became a nightmare, I just taped it up as best I could and used art supplies to hide the broken piece. Total waste of money.

I have three 8.5 x 11 inch frames. I was thrilled after reading the comments that this is a true A4 frame. Not in my case.x3. EDIT: I just noticed that the sticker on the plastic had the correct measurements, but the paper insert had the actual measurements. How they missed the measurements directly on the product is beyond me.

I was very surprised when I received this frame. Nothing compares to its price point so I expected junk and was impressed that it's not actually junk but a quality frame. Know that you need to remove the plastic wrap from the window. Getting off is a little tricky but it is necessary to ensure your frame is not damaged upon arrival.

The fourth photo in the description is the real base, not the third. The wide piece that comes out to hang on the wall makes me nervous because my paintings tend to be pushed against the wall. However, since the front is a brittle piece of plastic, you don't have to worry about the glass breaking if dropped. Put it on the table for a while and it sits a little further than I wanted, but it still looks good. The size was perfect.

I have an A4 document that I need to frame that is 8.25" x 11.75" as per this listing. As you can see in the photo, the frame packaging clearly shows it is 8.5" x 11" and the barcode sticker states the size in the description. I sent back the one I received in exchange for a replacement, but the replacement has the exact same issue. The sizes are similar, but they are absolutely not interchangeable. The frame is fine but there was something printed on the glass or plexiglass or something designed to protect the print lol . It wasn't a sticker I could peel off, it was like a barcode or serial number printed on glass with ink, and no scratching with any substance had any effect. It was pretty obvious I had messed up the print no matter what I tried.
