The frame is fine but there was something printed on the glass or plexiglass or something designed to protect the print lol . It wasn't a sticker I could peel off, it was like a barcode or serial number printed on glass with ink, and no scratching with any substance had any effect. It was pretty obvious I had messed up the print no matter what I tried. I got this frame to put in a print that was a gift for someone and didn't have time to return it so I just had to give them a clumsy, incompletely framed nude print. Handsome gentleman. I have a lot of A4 prints that I need to frame, but I definitely won't be buying this again for any of them.
