This mirror works great on my 2006 Honda Accord, but the image reflected in the mirror looks like a fun house mirror. I'm having a hard time adjusting the mirror to reflect properly as the image is distorted and magnified. No matter how I mount the mirror, it's almost impossible to tell how far away a car, curb or anything is, and in most cases zooming in makes it impossible to see what's really there because the image is distorted . I still have to drive like there's no mirror.

This is a flat mirror and side mirrors require a convex mirror. There is no mention of this in the product description. I threw it away because it doesn't meet our expectations and is a waste of time and money. It should be considered non-standard and should not be used as it reduces the viewing angle.
