I love how easy it was once we got started! It really helped me keep track not only with my workouts but also what foods were in season at certain times during our training schedule (and therefore made more sense). The "fit fix" feature has been great as well - which helps us make sure all meals are balanced out throughout each week so there's no food waste or overindulgence from one meal/day type versus another kind-of thing like this can happen when you're working solo without someone elseβ¦
