Stay away from 12mm rear hubs

Had trouble with this tool and spent an hour trying to get it working. I had to strip the paint and grind the center hole of the cassette removal/install bushing to match my rear hub.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • I will write back later.

Works great - Sport

Didn't need the chain whip as an ameter but the other tool worked fantastic. I used a 20mm or 21mm head, I don't remember, with a bar pushing the wheel against the wall, but it worked great.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Protection

Not for a shop, but good for minor repairs

Bought a new wheelset and had to move the cassette. It took me about 30 seconds for the tool, 5 seconds to unscrew the ring on the old wheel and 25 seconds to tighten the new one, and I don't want to pay more than their price (the bike shop wanted a lot more for the job). In any case, when using a cassette ring tool, be careful not to let it jump out of the ring as this will damage the tools and could even injure you. If you are inexperienced in holding high-torque wrenches, you can simply hold

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.
