I wasn't sure. I have wide feet and usually wear 4E. But before I discovered 4E shoes I could always wear regular D shoes, it was just a "breaking in" period. I had no problems with them, they immediately feel comfortable. They offer better grip on the pedals and I really feel more confident going downhill. All in all, these are great shoes!

good shoes. The heel half of the shoe is nicely stiff, which sets these shoes apart from regular chariot or samba style shoes as they are made for cycling. Fair price. Comfortable to wear. The forefoot has a normal flex, so it basically feels like any other low running shoe. Cozy. I would say they are a bit big but just take the normal size you wear. They will fit and not look too big.

The support of the shoe is very stiff and perfect for driving and the grip is amazing. I have to take my foot off the pedal when I need to make changes because they don't slide at all.
