Exactly what I wanted, 18 AWG copper jacketed with steel wire. The strength of steel, difficult to stretch, and the conductivity of copper. ideal for thin, almost invisible wire antennas.

This cable is CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) compliant. I'm sure it signals as it should. but be careful, the aluminum breaks easily if the screw terminals are overtightened! For me there is only copper from now on! I gave him a 3 for saying that.

This is NOT 18awg. Measured and counted the number of strands, and it barely reaches 22 AWG. The jacket is also not the same as in the photo. It is loose fitting and looks more like a shrink jacket than a shaped jacket as shown in the picture.

This wire is stranded, but although the wires "look" like copper in the pictures, they are just copper-coated wires. Not cool at all. I am returning this material because it is fake copper stranded wire and I don't like being misled.
