Great product and the best customer service. My 7 year old son really enjoys playing with it. It's durable and easily adjustable. When I first opened it up, there was a tear in one of the squares on the edge of the grille. While it still worked, I wasn't thrilled to see it when I assembled it late on Christmas Eve. I emailed the company with the photo and received a response within an hour, late on Christmas Eve. They sent me a new network for free within a week. That's good customer service!

My sons train with this net every night. They've struggled with not working out since the self-isolation order, so this was a welcome addition to their lacrosse outfit. According to my two sons (15 and 16 years old) it was not easy to assemble and the net was a bit short. I can't confirm this other than seeing an uneven gap at the bottom of the strut. It was a great purchase and is holding up very well. Another advantage is that it can be folded up and stored in the garage.

I bought this item as a gift for a good friend's daughter who is just starting to play lacrosse. Other kids in the neighborhood use it for baseball or just to practice catching a tennis ball. It was the perfect gift!

This is a very good lounger grid. Robust and very well made. I don't know why all this hype about assembly complexity. It's very easy if you follow the instructions. I had no trouble setting up the network with the included bungee. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the frame, while sturdy, wants to move when my son drops it. I have played and coached baseball for over 40 years. My son called me a few days ago and said my 5 year old grandson was having trouble with his shooting accuracy.
