Ease of use

I'm not used to using flakes in candle making, I wanted to try this product to see if it's worth buying. melts quickly and does not crack when cooled, which pleases me greatly. I've bought other soy candle wax and as soon as it starts to cool it cracks. I've actually bought more of this wax, can't wait to make more candles.

The item received is not the one pictured.

I ordered 4 packages (4lb total) of soy wax flakes and prewaxed candle wicks but ended up with 4 packages of melted wax. Wax has a pleasant aroma but no wicks. TOTAL WEIGHT PER POUCH: 0.19 kg INGREDIENTS: Soy wax, paraffin, fragrance. the same product as described or illustrated in this product listing.

Perfectly good soy wax but beware paraffin is better for shaped candles

I am new to using soy wax. This soy wax melts easily and had no trouble turning jars into candles. It seems like its best use for being in a container and maybe smelling nice when lit. The reason it's best placed in a container like a jar or can is because soywax crumbles easily. Hands cracked when removing the mold. I put the soy candle in the freezer to make sure it was as hard as possible, then let it sit on the counter for a few hours. Finally, I will not be storing these candles in the…
