Comfortable. I haven't hit 400, but I'm close. The chair does what I need. Wide enough to be comfortable and soft enough to stay in place for long periods of time.

I love this chair. Very convenient. I'm in it all day and I don't even feel it. The skin is soft and very comfortable. The weight capacity is great and you don't have to tiptoe around to make sure nothing breaks.

There was no screw packaging in the original block. We called the dealer but they refused to send an extra kit so we sent it to Revain for a replacement. The exchange lasted about 2 months before problems arose. The structure is solid, the cushion is fine, but the stitching on the seat cover has come undone. I suggest looking for a reputable manufacturer with the best support.

Nice heavy chair. It was very easy to assemble and all hardware was included. As long as it holds up and doesn't sink to the floor like these chairs usually do to me. The padding is thick; The big disadvantage, however, is that I always slip at the front. I don't like this new waterfall design that's being used in a lot of chairs now. I had a big old chair at work that I could sit comfortably in all day. I'm also disappointed that the armrests don't fit under my desk.

I only received this chair with all the parts after I had to return the original item because the fabric version was sent instead of "leather". . It's not leather so be aware of that. This is a very soft vinyl that is really nice to the touch. The cushioning is soft. There is a rear pitch tension adjuster and a pitch lock. Hands are height adjustable. This is probably more my fault than the chair's fault. I'm a tall woman and I bought this chair because it's for tall people, but I still feel like I'm slipping off the chair and when I sit on it, it moves back so fast it hits the wall . Strange I know. I assembled the chair but yes it does take some effort to connect the back to the seat as you have to use lateral pressure - they are both quite good soft , so you need to slide the rear bracket to the front of the seat by inserting the screws.
