Description of Flashers Silicone Flexible Roofing Flashing Building Supplies

MANUFACTURER DIRECT: 100% Made in the USA by an American Workforce. Silicone Flashers are rated to service a continuous temperature range of -100 to +450 degrees Fahrenheit. Flashers’ flexible rubber won’t crack and allows for expansion, contraction, and pipe vibration. The heavy rubber fold and aluminum ring at the base allows them to fit any roof pitch or metal profile. Flashers require no special tools or complicated installation methods. The rubber cone is clearly marked with pipe dimensions, in both inches and millimeters, so it can be easily customized with tin snips or scissors. Our Flashers product line holds a Certificate of Listing with IAPMO R&T. This shows our products are in compliance with the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and International Plumbing Code (IPC).

Versatile and Easy to Use Flashing

This flashing product is definitely a winner in the Tools and Home Improvement category. The silicone material proves to be very flexible and easy to mold around angled surfaces, making sealing around pipes, skylights, and chimneys very efficient. The product works great for roofing applications due to its weather-resistant properties .The only downside lies in the higher price point compared to traditional flashing materials..

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting roofing flashing that is flexible and easy to install.
Cons
  • For pensioners

Unwanted and return shipping charges apply.

Defective product spilled on stovepipe - not that high temperature at all. To add insult to injury after spending hours with an unwanted product, they have the audacity to charge for return shipping.
