Those suckers are pretty damn smart. At first I thought I would buy a larger flashlight for $9.99 but to my surprise when I opened the package there were two. They are really very bright. Both are powered by AAA batteries. They are great for my job as an auto mechanic. Also metal case. The paint does scratch slightly but that is to be expected and adds character.

very disappointed! First, the button on the big light is located deeper in the body, making it difficult to turn on with one hand (usually the thumb). Second, it's definitely not as bright as they claim. I have a 100 lumen flashlight and it is more powerful than these 2. Third, they seem cheap. I would have sent them back immediately, but unfortunately I threw the box away. spend 10 dollars.

Need a cheap pocket clip flashlight but they fit in every way. The beam pattern is good with a solid bright center. Aluminum cases are thinner but have rubber O-rings on the end caps to keep moisture out. I wouldn't feel comfortable dipping these flashlights in, but they're decent quality at this price point. Be careful when changing the battery as the threads appear to be twisted.

Great deal for two lights. The single-battery indicator is bright enough for its size, and battery life seems pretty decent. The dual battery flashlight is even brighter and gives a lot of light for its size. The only possible problem might be the switches. I've had similar "click" switches on other lights that didn't work for me before. Also, when comparing rotary switches to click switches, click lights are usually longer. Small and bright!

They are well designed and have proven reliable to me. They are surprisingly bright, emitting the light of large flashlights in a pocket case. The rear derailleur button is protected by a thin rim that makes it easier to use, although I would have preferred the button to protrude more so the thumb can operate it more securely. I have too many flashlights. You spend half your life in darkness, so be prepared. I recently bought some brighter flashlights but none of them were bright with AAA batteries and small size. I bought this pair primarily for a single element light source and it's perfect for my needs. I later decided to put batteries in a two element flashlight as I expected an even more powerful beam than a one element flashlight, but there was no beam!
