I love that this product is made in the USA! It's hard to find good salt shakers that are out there. I use salt for truffles - I like to buy coarsely seasoned salt. I will be buying more other colors for the other salt flavors I use.

I love freshly ground peppers, but pepper grinders are expensive and I don't like putting disposable plastic grinders on the dining table. This is worth the money and also beautiful. We have bought other pepper grinders before. Husband loves freshly ground black pepper and we've tried quite a few over the years. That's the first thing he really liked. You can feel the quality. I like the laconic design. It's easy to fill and the only regret is that we bought a smaller size. We will buy one size bigger.

Excellent salt/pepper shaker. You can't go wrong with the Fletcher's Mill grinder. The salt shaker has plastic parts to prevent corrosion, while the pepper mill is made entirely of metal. Be careful with the buyer. It's only for two, maybe three. A family of four often has to substitute peas for salt and pepper. Great shaker, great mechanism but be aware of the size of your purchase.
