Ideal marking knife

I use it as a marking knife and it is perfect. I've used several different knives: Stanley, Veritas, Exacto, etc. It's convenient, easy to sharpen, keeps the blade sharp.

Pros
  • is even for the old
Cons
  • look

Great blades: Woodcrafts

I'm still a hobby carver but I love this brand of knives. They hold an edge for a very long time, I use an extra fine belt sander to touch them up, maybe every time I work on a new project. I can spend hours carving with each sharpening. The handle is damn comfortable in my girly hands. This is one of the projects I was able to cut without further sharpening the blade.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Hard to say

Very nice and sharp handle

This is a very sharp knife out of the box and only gets sharper after it is served. Reason for only four stars is the comfort and to be honest it should have been three. As delivered, the handle is very rough, I think dry fragments of wood. Also, if you buy this knife, you probably know how to fix it with sandpaper, which is why I sent the star back. However, sharpening the handle isn't the first thing I enjoy doing when using a new carving knife.

Pros
  • Wood carving tools
Cons
  • Expensive

A knife that cannot be ignored

An excellent knife. Removes a large amount of wood from your work. I didn't have any problems with the detailing either. I'm an aspiring woodworker who just makes little handles out of tree branches, but when this knife arrived I jumped in this pipe. The bowl is made from a 4x4 spacer from a pallet I got from work and the tubular stem is from a branch also found off site. With the help of YouTube for guidance and a little ingenuity, this knife will help bring order to any project. ✌

Pros
  • Power
Cons
  • There are doubts

Very important! for wood carving tools

This is a great (sharp) carving knife for the money. I make shaped rings out of bamboo and wood and use this knife to cut the sawn blanks for the rings. I like the longer and slightly thicker blade because it helps me remove material quickly (without too much kinking) and gives me plenty of access to the work piece. I often carve laminated bamboo (which is killer for any cutting tool blade) but the blade seems to hold a sharp edge well and stains easily on a leather sling. The knife is light…

Pros
  • Wood products
Cons
  • Not sure
