scouring screen for my opinion

I use these in all my cleaning, especially toilets. We have hard water and it cuts the time down getting rid of that ring or deposits without harming the surface.

Pros
  • Gets all the hard waters stains off of toilet. These things are great for all scrubbing needs.
Cons
  • Can be more difficult to clean up after use

Really does the job!

Really does the job getting rid of mineral deposits in sink, shower, toilet bowl. Works the best of anything I have tried. Does not leave scratches like pumice stone does.

Pros
  • Works great; have used something similar before.
Cons
  • May require more frequent breaks due to arm fatigue

I used these to scrub off toilet ring mineral deposits. It took some elbow grease but it worked without scratching the toilet at all!

Pros
  • These work great!! And can be used several times.
Cons
  • Can be more difficult to rinse off than other cleaning products

These work great. in my review

We've been using these for several years and they work fantastically. We've had a problem over the past couple of years finding them, so it was great being able to stock up on them.

Pros
  • This item works wonders on a stove that has dried, caked burnt food encrusted on the surface.
Cons
  • Takes longer to clean tough stains

Gets the job done good for me

The pumie scouring pad work great to get rid of hard water stains in the toilet bowel. Works so well I've ordered this product a few times.

Pros
  • Was what I wanted! Cleaned bad bad toilet rings from hard water etc etc
Cons
  • May be more difficult to use than other cleaning methods

Finally found this product!

I've been looking for this product for at least a year. It has a different name but I'm sure it's the same product that I've been using to get the hard water stains out of the inside top of the rim on toilets. I've had the similar product for about 20 years, just tearing off a small piece to use and either rinsing and saving to use again or throw away and pull off another small piece for next time. There were 2 pieces of the product stapled to a cardboard sheet which I could only buy at one…

Pros
  • Decent. Cleaned the under rim with a bunch of scrubbing
Cons
  • May leave behind scratches on some surfaces

Yes, I would buy this again

Used this for the toilet bowl which worked great. No scratches! It also cleaned up the hard water stains on the shower handle. Yes, I would buy this again. Yes. I would buy

Pros
  • Hard water problems in sinks, tubs and toilets' . Gets it right off.
Cons
  • May not effectively remove certain types of stains

effective! for my opinion

I'm a cleaner by profession, and these are great for the areas you can't get a full-sized pumice stone in, places like mineral deposits around the base of metalwork on porcelain sinks, where you don't want to scratch the metal, or within odd curvatures of toilets.

Pros
  • Requires elbow grease but works well.
Cons
  • Can be more difficult to control the pressure applied while cleaning

This gets rid of rings in the toilet!

This just cleaned the hard water deposits in my toilet. No ring at all. Great product to clean your toilet. Works great.!

Pros
  • Works great.
Cons
  • Can be more expensive than other cleaning products

Great price, these will last me awhile

These work great on soap scum and toilet rings. Better then pumice stone. And the price per unit is a great price. Only time I got them cheaper was at a garage sale for 25 cents per unit.

Pros
  • Yes
Cons
  • Can be more difficult to use on uneven surfaces

It's not magical but it WORKS!

Our 2nd bathroom toilet has never been this clean! So much hard water built up and the cleaners were doing nothing to help at all. Made the mistake of cleaning with a metal pad and just added gray scuffs to the already existing yuck. Pumice stones weren't even helping much. Tried out the Pumie flexi-scour and it with some work it came off! Not magical by any means but it's a great tool! Thinking about investing in the 24 count since the price per unit is so much lower, I can definitely see a…

Pros
  • Otherwise these are great for hard to reach hard water spots
Cons
  • May require more effort to clean surfaces effectively

Been looking all over for these!

I have rather old toilets and there are deposits where the water runs down into the bowl. Every once in a while I need to scrub at those as they are more prone to staining. The pumice bars and rods out there are all square - ? These are very flexible and enable you to be more accurate in what you are scrubbing (I don't need additional mars in the bowl integrity to worry about)I originally found these in a Mom and Pop store and have been searching since. Very happy!

Pros
  • Excellent
Cons
  • Can be more abrasive than advertised

Great Product! on my review.

I’ve been looking for something that scrapes all the nastiness from my toilet that didn’t cause long term damage. I found it! It works great on porcelain surfaces. Be careful, it is too abrasive for soft, smooth surfaces like plastic or wood!

Pros
  • Use for de toilet
Cons
  • Not ideal for cleaning grease or oil stains

I used the PUMIE FLEXI-SCOUR on a hard water toilet bowl ring for 30 minutes a day, for several days. After several days of 30 minutes a day scrubbing with the PUMIE FLEXI-SCOUR, the hard water toilet bowl ring was completely gone. At first I thought the PUMIE FLEXI-SCOUR didn't work because the hard water toilet bowl ring wasn't completely removed after 30 minutes of scrubbing it. So, I decided to make the hard water toilet bowl ring removal a several day, 30 minute a day process. Finally…

Pros
  • These are excellent at cleaning white walls on my Harley.
Cons
  • Not ideal for use on glass or mirrors

I would give this 10 stars!

Fantastic product! No more soaking harsh cleaners in the toilet with poor results! it will take off years of salts and hard water build up in a matter of minutes. You do not need to scrub insanely hard either. Absolutely the best thing for removing toilet bowl rings, better than pumice stone or any chemical cleaner.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Can be more difficult to maneuver in tight spaces

Doesn't work as well as a pumice stone

I purchased this based on some of the reviews I read. Well, it was a disappointment. It doesn't work as well as a pumice stone. Not close! I don't know what's happened to the pumice stones over the past several years, they breakdown so fast. I can almost use an entire brick in one job!Bummer!

Pros
  • Used for cleaning
Cons
  • Not ideal for use on painted or varnished surfaces

Cleaning screen in my review

This heavy duty cleaning screen is awesome. It will take off even hard water deposits. It's only downfall is the price. Its pretty darn expensive.

Pros
  • It works very well and with that, I am very satisfied with the product-
Cons
  • Not ideal for use on delicate surfaces coated with wax or other protective materials

Better than pumice stone!

A professional cleaning person recommended this product and I am glad she did. I am on well water and stains build up in the toilet bowl easily. To fix, I cut a small portion off a sheet and scour. The stain lifts easily. I always have a supply of these scouring screens on hand. I highly recommend this product

Pros
  • Used for cleaning water rings in toilets
Cons
  • Can be more wasteful than other cleaning methods

Cleans like crazy for my opinion

Theses little things make impossible cleaning possible. Cleaned a hard water stain out of my toilet like magic (with a little muscle).

Pros
  • Works better than the punuce stone!
Cons
  • Can be harsh on certain types of coatings, such as paints

Absolutely Fantastic!

It is a bunch of individually hung single pieces in two rows you’d find hanging in an aisle at the store, but boy do they work! Living in the boonies, we have high iron in our water, and a house-wide water filter but even so, over time, the tub under the faucet gets pretty bad with rust deposits. I even considered sand blasting to clean it, but these awesome puppies make light work of it! And no scratches! Quick too! Like scrubbing food off a pan with a sponge! I highly recommend these!

Pros
  • Use in bathroom.
Cons
  • Requires more elbow grease than other cleaning methods
