Good for the price, we only use temporary, most tile patterns are not lined up. Because of this, we had a lot of wasted tiles. Overall about what we expected. They are thinner than other vinyl tiles we have used in the past.

We are very happy with this tile. Now we have them in both of our bathrooms and we love the look of them. Installation took about 5 hours as we had a lot of things that needed trimming. We removed the toilets to make tiling easier. We also used extra tile adhesive that needed it.

I love this product and also bought a marble floor for my master bathroom. It was very easy to use, especially after I figured out a little trick to avoid difficult corners. I recommend this to anyone who wants to update their bathroom quickly and without pain.

Ordered these to use as a worktop in the master bedroom cafe and wine bar. Easy to clean, cut and install. The grip is so-so, the tile rises in the corners, but I hope that a little weight for a few days will solve this problem. I haven't had any issues with black spots or discoloration in my batch. Quite happy with the price.

This is a great product but you have to be patient and you really need a sharp knife to get it to get through and cut right but for the money to change the floor in a bathroom or small room this is an amazing product they have different colors and patterns. I chose this for the style of the house and again I am very happy with the results You will need patience and have a very sharp blade

Full disclosure: I haven't installed them yet (second pack needed) so can't give them 5 stars yet. Once I do that I will come back and edit my review to update how they fit and how well they hold up. But at first glance, the box they came in was very heavy for only 10.12" vinyl squares, and they really are 'heavy duty', which makes me optimistic that they will perform as expected. ok after i made the test booking. Easy installation. Honestly, given the price, our expectations weren't high. We live in an old house with horribly old linoleum on the floor. New floors look good. The scheme did not agree everywhere. We bought glue to make sure they stick well and decided we didn't need it. They're pretty sticky.
