The ability to manage different types of relationships between our customers (customer first), salespeople, etc., while at one view being able find who has done what task for me or my team member's when I am doing something specific work-wise as well; very simple but powerful interface allows your colleagues use it without much training necessary from you - so that they can add fields / information themselves easily if need be! The ease of use, it's very intuitive to create forms with this software! It has all features you need for creating simple or complex web-based intranets/extranets (like forums). I would like more templates available so that there are less customizations needed when building my own form layouts. Also customization options could be improved - especially regarding the "look & feel" part which can sometimes get confusing if not well documented beforehand.
