Review on Floreysoft by Charles Collier

The ability to manage different types of relationships between our customers (customer first), salespeople, etc., while at one view being able find who has done what task for me or my team member's when I am doing something specific work-wise as well; very simple but powerful interface allows your colleagues use it without much training necessary from you - so that they can add fields / information themselves easily if need be! Not yet everything we would like because this software needs time & people power before reaching its full potential which may take years ;-) We needed an intenret/extension platform allowing us all have access with less trouble than usual via desktop PC only solution where each user was required his own dedicated licence + client installation :).

I like that it's available for both online and offline use, which helps employees who work from home to continue using the software even when they're not in their office. The interface could be more intuitive - sometimes I had to click several times before I found the area where I needed to make my change. It helped me organize all of our different departments at work and kept everyone informed with ease.
