Doesn't work as advertised

I was thrilled when I first received this product. It opened and closed around my phone. It only charged my iPhone 12 pro for a few seconds and then stopped. I then took the phone out of the case and tried again, but again it only charged for a few seconds. I then bought a car charger with a higher output and had the same results. I connected it to my home charger to see if it works again but I had the same results. I was really looking forward to it working as advertised. I don't get a refund…

CORRECT! Charger stopped charging but is working now

Editing this review What you should know. I bought this on 8/20/19 and accidentally found out why it stopped loading. The part of the bottom bracket that holds the bottom of the phone is (I didn't know) adjustable. It has been expanded and moved where the phone didn't touch the QI wireless charging point. I noticed he was trying to charge my phone when I pulled it out from the top. So I put the mount back in place and raised the phone's position so it would make proper contact with the charging

I read 20 reviews before choosing this one. I love the fact that I don't have to open and remove the case every time I use it. There is a short video showing how to install the phone stand, glad I checked it out, the assembly was quicker than the video. My Galaxy S6 is a 5 watt phone so the cable that came with it didn't work. work for me There is another connector on the right side of the holder, I just plugged my cable in there. I know it's not good to control and play with your smartphone, so you deserve a better phone holder. This little cradle enables wireless charging (via USB Type-C) and apps (via Bluetooth car voice control) for both hands-free (or minimal operation). Perfectly fits any size cup holder. Bought this to keep my phone off the windshield to keep it from overheating in the sun. Wireless charging is great if you use a maps app or just use travel time to charge it up a bit. Buy a good 12V adapter. OMG what a dah! Moment.
