I was thrilled when I first received this product. It opened and closed around my phone. It only charged my iPhone 12 pro for a few seconds and then stopped. I then took the phone out of the case and tried again, but again it only charged for a few seconds. I then bought a car charger with a higher output and had the same results. I connected it to my home charger to see if it works again but I had the same results. I was really looking forward to it working as advertised. I don't get a refund until I return the item and I'd say that's fair. I really hate the inconvenience of buying something that should work and then waiting up to 10 days to get my money back for something that doesn't work.
