No noticeable benefit

I didn't notice a difference between the days I used it and the days I didn't, so it doesn't seem much to work well. as a pre-workout supplement. I had a weird tingling sensation for a while after using it, but that was about it. Although it's probably just me. Also, the taste is not very good.

Lumpy Product - Pre-Workout

Product is lumpy, it appears like moisture has gotten into the container. Received a replacement product after 2 days, and the second is worse than the first. I have used flowupp many times and usually order directly from the company but I needed more asap so I contacted Revain but now my future purchases will be made directly through flowupp. Not sure about the taste as I haven't tried the product but the flavors and product have been amazing in the past.
