Def bites when you start work just after idle. Very quiet when idling, but after 2500-3000 rpm you certainly don't know it's mom's car anymore, but. Packed with lots of fiberglass, the muffler stays cool. Good thing it doesn't heat up the gas tank.

Great muffler, I fitted this to my '07 Honda Ridgeline. It has a good sound at low revs that softens at cruising speed. There's not much resonance in the cabin other than what you want to hear. I would definitely make this purchase again but as it is SS. I do not have to.

For the 10th Gen Honda Civic community: I removed the muffler and resonator and then put this muffler in place of the resonator. Louder than standard, but not critical. Drone is minimal. Cold start sounds very good. I have a 2020 Civic Sport 6MT. He gargles and claps sometimes. Very happy with this facility.

Sounds ok and seems like I have better low torque with the resonator removed and the piston inlet short. Gasoline mileage has also improved slightly by about 1mpg. The tone isn't as deep as I'd like, but I hooked it up to a Y-pipe and reduced the 2.25" to 2". Can be replaced by Flowmaster with single or double outlet.
