Fluidmaster 400ARHRKP10 PerforMAX Universal Performance Review

My house is 10 years old and I have noticed that 2 out of 3 of my toilets started with a 'ghost flush'. This appears to be typical as the seal on the damper begins to deteriorate. I decided to overhaul all 3 toilets with 3 of these sets. These are great kits with very detailed instructions. If you follow the instructions I'm not sure how you can mess up the installation.
