Overpriced, Poor Quality Aquarium Decor

According to my experience, these bamboo shoots are not worth the price. They look cheaply made and don't add much to the overall aesthetic of the tank. However, I do appreciate that they are made from a natural material. Overall, there are better options available in the pet supplies market.

Pros
  • Natural and realistic decoration for aquariums.
Cons
  • May require replacement after a certain period of time due to decay and discoloration.

Looks great for fish and aquatic animals

I am very happy with this plant. It is very beautiful and looks very believable. I have an "instant" aquarium with plants without any work and additional costs for grow lights. I have it in a tall 20 gallon tank and it's just the right size. It takes up quite a bit of space, so make sure you want something that big.

Pros
  • Gives a charming decorative look
Cons
  • A few little things

Cracked my Betta Crowntail's fins

************ UPDATE 11/20/2016 ************ I did a water change yesterday afternoon and noticed that the fins of the beautiful rooster were torn. I don't know if he will survive. It can no longer swim straight or dive to the bottom of the aquarium. He goes back and forth between his suction blade near the top of the aquarium and pushes against the filter inlet. Its caudal fin is fully open to the body. I am very sad. When I took this thing out to wash it, I found that there were POINTS deep in

Pros
  • Natural colors won't fade
Cons
  • Fixing
