Fits perfectly and serves its purpose. Be sure to rinse and dry them (or any filter material) thoroughly before placing them in the aquarium. I dry mine with paper towels to try and get the tap water out. If you have problems with transparency or other aquarium roughness, replace biofilters and sponges with activated carbon.

I bought a 6 gallon Fluval Edge two years ago and have been using these charcoal filters ever since. The price is more than reasonable for a monthly exchange. and they are quite simple and easy to replace. All you have to do is wash it to remove loose carbon dust and put it back into the filter housing. Replacing it once a month keeps my aquarium crystal clear and the seams keep my fish happy :)

This is a very specific size for my Fluval aquarium. There are 3 pieces in the pack. I don't think this filter is big enough for the size of the pool it is designed for. Unfortunately the water is still easily contaminated by fish and very quickly contaminated compared to another branded pool with a larger filter. comes out, even after washing, which also releases tons of carbon. Maybe the charcoal is too fine. Apart from that everything is alright.
