Everything was as it should be except for the bio stone. There were two bags as they should be but they were small and a different size than the carbon sponge filter. Like from another set of filters, because I had to use both biofilters at the same time. I hope this doesn't happen to the next person.

Basically the box was destroyed. The contents appear to be relatively intact, however one of the charcoal bags was torn and leaking everywhere. Overall very dissatisfied with both the shipping solution and the condition of the contents. We even argue about using substitutes, but my aquarium needs a filter material.

The only thing I didn't like is that the filters in the box don't match the picture and/or the original replacement filters that come with Fluvial Aqua Clear become, agree. The foam structure is different and Biomax comes in two small sachets. In any case, you get a very complete maintenance kit delivered to your home at a good price and the filters are sold out at petsmart.
