The service was good, they got my project done within 3 days of signing up with them (which I liked). A bit pricey for what you get but we had to use their services due too deadlines associated wtih our projects which were coming in fast speed so there wasn't much time given or even room left before each deadline approached us! I like that this software can be used for so many different purposes, it's very flexible! The interface could use some work but with proper training you should have no problem using all of its features as soon as they are available to your version/edition (if applicable). It would also help if there were more tutorials or guides out in general about how best utilize these tools within our business model.
