Tracking made easy- especially over time

The best part about follow up is that it helps in tracking all of your contacts, which makes you feel more confident when making calls to them later. It also allows me to send reminders for my sales team if they haven't contacted their clients after x amount of days, or haven’t seen any activity from those prospects since sending out an email/message etc. I would like some other features added such as being able to add notes directly into each contact so we can see what was discussed during…

Awesome service and tons of features

The best thing about this app is that it has all my contacts in one place, so I don't have to go searching for them every time! It's also very easy with how simple everything can be organized into different categories like "follow up," or even just by date if you want more specific information (like when someone last replied). Sometimes there are errors where they won’t let me delete an email from their database but instead will show as "deleted" which means now whenever i try adding another…
