Review on Follow-Up by Scott Welch

The best thing about this app is that it has all my contacts in one place, so I don't have to go searching for them every time! It's also very easy with how simple everything can be organized into different categories like "follow up," or even just by date if you want more specific information (like when someone last replied). Sometimes there are errors where they won’t let me delete an email from their database but instead will show as "deleted" which means now whenever i try adding another person through follow ups its not letting me add anymore emails because of what was said before? Which makes sense since we're trying get rid off old ones right?! But sometimes after deleting multiple times still shows deleted anyways!! So annoying. Also having issues sending out mass texts at once - only able send 1 text per day via API??? Very frustrating considering everyone wants updates daily/weekly etc.. Would love some sorta way around these problems though maybe.
