These are great looking sneakers and I love the color combo, I love the orange laces but if you don't like orange there is a pair of brown ones. The main skin of the shoe is suede, so I applied a liberal coat of protective spray to the shoes before putting them on. The shoes are very well made and for me the FJ shoes are very comfortable.

A few years ago, Foot Joy launched the amazing Contour shoes. - Leather upper, waterproof and comfortable. The current shoe is a cheap version of the previous one - no sole support and poor quality. Not worth $100. Not to be expected from a Foot Joy product. We have been a Footjoy customer for many years. Now I'm going to look at other brands.

Overall very comfortable shoes. I have worn several old style contours for many years. I need a narrow paragraph in it. My only criticism of the new style is the laces. This is a round polyester material. They are a bit slippery. They stretch well but tend to come loose once or twice during a round of golf, even after I've pulled as hard as I can while tying them down. I may have to opt for a second knot or replace them with flat laces.

The sock extends well beyond my fingertips. I felt like I was wearing clown shoes. I've noticed other shoes with similar bell bottoms, I think to give the shoe a more attractive look. I am not a friend of such nonsense. Also, I feel that the manufacturer doesn't stretch the lug pattern far enough as the shoes feel a little weird on hard floors. I felt my legs were unsupported. On the lawn they were fine.

I put my contours on for the first time after 18 holes on a hilly course and they couldn't be more comfortable! I have very wide feet (I wear New Balance 4Ws) and the Extra Wide size was just right. The shoes seem to have gotten a bit longer as I had to return my normal 8.5 and got an 8. When I received these shoes, I looked at the toe height and thought they might be a bit small. I put them on 9 holes of golf and they fit better than I thought. You seem to be quite comfortable. Another thing I was concerned about when ordering was that the pictures online looked a lot more orange than I would have liked, but when I took them out of the box they were a much calmer tan. Overall really comfortable shoes. You are easy to come full circle. Living in a humid area, they have a lot more grip than I would have thought for a golf shoe without cleats. Excellent lateral support. Feel like I have a solid base from the shoe sole pattern. In any case, after a refreshment you end up on the lawn.
