Great Quality Product for Automotive Enthusiasts

As an avid car enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for products that guarantee better performance for my favorite vehicles. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can confidently say that this plug oil drain is an exceptional product. It's made with high-quality materials that ensure the oil stays in place, thus enhancing the engine's longevity. However, the installation process can be challenging without proper know-how. Overall, this product is a must-have for any automotive lover…

Pros
  • Easy to install and remove.
Cons
  • Requires frequent replacement as it can wear out faster than other components.

As described in Engine Parts

You'd think a reputable mechanic would do an oil change. Well obviously reusing flattened washers is the SOP for these guys. After an oil change, the bolt was leaking oil, I had to replace the crush washer, and since the pan bolt on Johnny's wrench was rounded with the wrong head, I decided to replace the bolt and washer. It's hard to find good help these days.

Pros
  • Engines and Engine Parts
Cons
  • Slightly Cracked

Exact replacement part OEM

This was shipped direct to my door from an out of state Ford dealer for a few bucks less than I could buy from my local dealer in town (scratch your head / roll my eyes). Came with a brass washer in Ford factory packaging. My original plug (12 years old) leaked a bit from a recent oil change as the washer had flattened out over the years. The new plug has a well-aligned thread, a strong magnetic tip and a new washer, which immediately solved my leakage problem at the next oil change.

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • There are new competitors
